Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Michael Riedel RPL2410E RPL-2410-E parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mikab products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micro-Epsilon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Micro-Memory product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mikab such as the 641927702002 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the optoNCDT2300 manufactured by Micro-Epsilon and we are pleased to be able to service most Micro-Epsilon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MM8880XX by Manufacturer Micro-Memory as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Micos Brand SMCBASIC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Micro-epsilon such as optoNCDT2000 equipment made by Micro-epsilon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micro-epsilon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micro-epsilon" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DUL115AF made by Micro-Motion as well as the popular 192790 original spares produced by Miller

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AJ467061 by Milltronics and optoNCDT2000 spares by Micro-epsilon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RPS150DC40 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Migatron.
